Service Description

You make the key decisions, you have oversight, but we'll do all the paperwork. PREPARE POSITION DESCRIPTION & KEY SELECTION CRITERA .: Preparation of single PD, KSC, and associated requirements. .: Develop PD according to role and resposibilities .: Develop KSC against which to assess applicants (including both esential and desirable) .: Prepare statement of how to apply, minimum requirements, and any relevant business policies e.g. COVID-19 vaccination requirements, mandatory licensing, police check, etc. .: Provide final documentation in both Word and PDF formats .: Prepare online advertisment with registered provider (if applicable) COORDINATE APPLICANT SHORTLISTING .: Collate all applications received .: Prepare summary documentation .: Prepare assessment documentation aligning with KSC .: Coordinate assessment by relevant parties .: Collate shortlisting assessment and provide summary results for decision to interview .: Prepare offer of interview correspondence .: Prepare thank you correspondence for unsuccesssful applicants PRE-INTERVIEW COORDINATION .: contact shortlisted applicants .: coordinate interview dates and times with panel members .: confirming applicant acceptance of interview date and time .: prepare online platform (Zoom or Teams) if video interviews are offered .: prepare interview questions and scoring critera .: manage room bookings for onsite interviews (if applicable) .: collate post-interview scoring and prepare ranking for selection .: prepare post-interview correspondence for applicants HOST ONLINE INTERVIEWS .: access to platform for panel members and applicants .: monitoring connections/disconnections and follow-up reconnection .: applicant management - waiting room and interview admittance .: manage any pre-interview requirements e.g. early circulation of questions, pre-reading .: host on-screen information e.g. interview questions .: collect and collate panel scoring POST-INTERVIEW NEW EMPLOYEE HR REQUIREMENTS .: reference checks and communication with referees .: liaise with successful applicant to meet HR requirements .: conduct police check .: prepare new employee documentation including: applicant details, emergency/next of kin details, payroll and superanuation requirements, Fair Work information statmenent, Tax File Number details, employment terms and conditions/contract .: arrange mutually convenient start date
